Trinity has hired Christy Hanson to serve as the new Director of the Trinity Preschool.
Christy Hanson is married to Scott and they have four children: Whitney, Max, Faith, and Bella along with their fur baby, Mia.
Whitney, Max, and Faith are in college and Bella is a 6th grader at Owatonna Middle School. Their family has been attending Trinity for over 20 years where they have enjoyed many of the youth programs, from Trinity Kids to God’s Puppets, and Wednesday night suppers.
Christy has owned and operated Creative Adventures Child Care and Preschool for over twenty years. During that time, she was nationally accredited and Parent Aware 4 star rated. She also mentored for the Minnesota Licensed Family Child Care Association to help other childcare providers achieve a higher standard of quality. Christy stays active in the community including teaching Sunday School at Trinity, helping design the nursery, and serving on several boards, including Owatonna Cheer Association, Steele County Child Care Association, and the board of the Associated Preschool.
We are very grateful to Christy for saying “yes” to this important position. Under her leadership, we are confident that the school will continue to serve families in our community by providing a wonderful, nurturing environment for learning, laughter and love.
